Organizational DocumentsArticles of Association The Mount Washington Homeowners Alliance is a California non-profit, taxable unincorporated association. When the forming board of the Alliance signed the Articles of Association in spring of 2001, the Alliance was born in the eyes of California law. The Articles are available in the download section of this website.
